What are your hours?
Our services are scheduled by appointment only. We fill up fast so, advance scheduling is recommended!
What's the parking situation?
There is a lot with limited spaces and ample street parking on Market St. We do always recommend giving yourself just a little extra time, especially during peak hours, to find a spot and make your way into our space.
My sitter backed out - can I bring my kid?
As moms ourselves, we understand that things come up. Children are welcome as clients receiving services, but otherwise we ask that you contact us to reschedule.
I can't make it to my appointment - what's your cancellation policy?
We ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you must cancel. Appointments that are canceled less that 48 hours prior to service will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service total, which is to be paid before rebooking. Clients that no show, will be charged 100% of the missed services, which needs to be paid before rebooking.
What is your products return policy?
Unused products may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase. If you make a purchase you don't love, we will be happy to exchange the product within 30 days and apply the purchase price towards a new product for you to try.
