I can't make it to my appointment - what's your cancellation policy?

If you or someone in your home does not feel well, please reschedule.

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, HairSmith & Co requires 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you may be charged a $25 per hour booked fee(ex: a reservation for a highlighting services is an average of three hours. the fee would be $75). The fee payment will be due before your appointment can be rescheduled.

No Show Policy:

We understand that emergencies come up but if you do not show up for an appointment then we cannot fill it last minute. Clients who do not show up for their reserved time may be charged the full price of the missed appointment per the stylist’s discretion and will no longer be able to pre-book their appointments and will only have appointment access by going on the cancellation list.

Late Policy:

Thing happen…traffic, realizing minutes into your drive you have no gas, that meeting that went over, making a wrong turn and adding a few minutes to your route. We have a 15 minute grace period for scheduled appointments. If you show up beyond that, out of respect for the person(s)/appointments(s) after you, we may need to modify or reschedule your appointment and there may be a late fee.

What are your hours?

Each stylists hours are different. Check their bio for individuals hours.

Our services are scheduled by appointment only. We fill up fast so, advance scheduling is recommended!

What's the parking situation?

There is a parking lot behind our space with 18 spots, it can be accessed on Carlton Rd. We ask that you do not park in space 14 and 15 on weekdays before 5:30p. There is also street parking options on Carlton Rd and E Market St.

My sitter backed out - can I bring my kid?

We understand that things come up. Children are welcome as clients receiving services, but otherwise we ask that you contact us to reschedule.

HairSmith & Co does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
