Chris is passionate about meeting his clients' needs and always strives to achieve the best results. He loves alternative pets, travel, and theme parks. Policies

Service Redo & Retail Return Policy

We strive to offer guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let your stylist know within 10 days of your visit and they will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, HairSmith and Co will give full refunds 30 days from your initial purchase and credit on items 60 days from your initial purchase

Appointment Cancellation Policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, HairSmith and Co require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a $25 per service canceled fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. This fee can be paid over the phone or you can come into the salon to pay in person.

No Show Policy

We understand that emergencies come up but if you do not show up for an appointment then we cannot fill it last minute. Clients who do not show up for their reserved time will no longer be able to pre-book their appointments and will only have appointment access by going on the cancellation list
